Someone recently told me, “I'm working hard to stomp out my habit of over-eating at bedtime.”

I wish her success, and in my experience that approach is not likely to work.

Focusing on self-control, will power and stomping out or eradicating “bad” habits is very common — and it’s an abusive way to treat yourself and it’s proven to be ineffective.

There’s a better way. I’d love to share what works better for me - and for my clients.
